Yes. The current version is much better than the old Shopify policy, but it is more repetitive than it needs to be—especially around SMS consent, STOP/HELP, data sharing, and communications. For example, SMS data is introduced under information collected, then SMS marketing under use, then there is a full SMS section, and then SMS rights/STOP language appears again later. I would replace the entire Privacy Policy with the cleaner version below. I kept the pieces Shopify needs, retained the Utah/business information, and consolidated the SMS provisions while keeping the specific language HighLevel/Twilio are currently looking for. HighLevel specifically requires the non-sharing clause and wants message frequency, rates, STOP/HELP and consent handling to be clear; Twilio also requires the Privacy Policy to be publicly accessible and clearly state that mobile information isn't shared for third-party marketing.
